Teen Leadership Camp (Indoors — Seriously!)
A summer camp where we never go outside.
Sounds strange? Think of the perks:
No poison ivy. No sunburns. No one getting lost. And yes… zero bear encounters.
Dates: June 15–19, 2026
Time: 1:00–4:00 p.m.
Cost: $170
Ages: 13–18
This educational (and genuinely funny) leadership camp is led by Paul and Kelly, who have been running sold-out programs for 11 years. In 2026, they’re bringing their unique approach to Charlotte for the very first time.
Why this camp works
- Learning + Humor = Magic
Teens learn best when they’re engaged—and laughter goes a long way. This camp blends leadership skills, communication, and confidence-building with humor that keeps teens interested and coming back. - A Perfect Age for Leadership Growth
The teenage brain is in a powerful stage of development, especially in areas like decision-making, empathy, emotional regulation, and creative problem-solving. These years are ideal for building real-world leadership skills that actually stick. - Leadership Isn’t an “Extra” Skill
Parents often invest early in activities like music, sports, or academic enrichment. Leadership, confidence, communication, and likability are just as important—and ages 13–18 are the perfect time to develop them. These skills help teens speak up in class, think creatively, interview well, and connect with others.
Friday Showcase
On Friday, June 19, families are invited to an interactive showcase from 3:00–4:00 p.m., where teens will share what they’ve learned and practiced during the week.
What makes this camp different
This is the same method Paul and Kelly have used with over 40,000 students and 65,000 professionals, including teams at Amazon, Wells Fargo, and Duke University. It’s designed to help teens succeed in the classroom today—and feel confident stepping into leadership roles tomorrow.
